Food and wine
Iglesias cuisine it mirrors the sobriety that characterizes Sardinian cuisine in general, but excellent raw materials make both meat and fish dishes of excellent quality.
You can taste su mustazzeddu, a focaccia with tomato typical of the city and the excellent bread, the pride of sulcitan peole.
On the other hand we have the richness of typical sweets such the pastiglia, almond made flavored with lemon and cinnamon. The city patisseries are many and well stocked.
The coffee from the local roasters is also excellent, as is the wine produced by the two wineries which also carry out guided tastings.
